The Ermenrich Wett MW40 is a moisture detector (moisture meter) that is pinless, which means it will not damage the surface of the measured material while taking a reading. The device can work on materials made of wood, plasterboard, concrete, etc. It is perfect for daily use, repair work in the apartment or in the country house as well as in construction and production in case you need to measure the moisture content of materials, structures, and products.

The device is portable, the measurements are displayed on the built-in screen. Not only can you accurately measure the moisture level, but you can also check to see if it meets the criteria for this material. There is a color bar at the top of the screen. A green zone indicates low moisture level, a yellow zone shows that the level is increased, and a red zone means “high”.

The controls are located below. The moisture detector is powered by batteries. There is an auto-off function.
